Privacy Policy
This website markets a single property for sale, 518–522 W Rosecrans Ave & 519–525 W Spruce St, Compton, CA 90222, on behalf of its owner. It is operated by Master Key Real Estate (“we”). This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is also our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request information, ask for a tour, or sign the online Confidentiality Agreement, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, role (for example buyer or broker), your brokerage and license number if you are an agent, the client you represent, how you heard about the property, and any message you write.
- Signature records. When you sign the Confidentiality Agreement we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser type, your typed signature and a digital fingerprint of the agreement text, so the agreement can be proven later.
- Phone calls. The property line is answered by Gary, an AI assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and a summary, including the name, number and email you provide on the call, is sent to the listing team.
- Site usage. We keep a first-party log of page views and button taps (for example “called the property line” or “opened the flyer”) with the referring site, campaign tags in the link you used, a short-lived anonymous visitor identifier and your browser type. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
- Cookies. We set one security cookie to protect our forms and, if you arrive from a tagged link, one cookie that remembers the source for 30 days. The embedded map is served by Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
How we use it
- To send you the Offering Memorandum and other information you asked for, and to follow up about the property.
- To administer and enforce the Confidentiality Agreement and to keep a record of who received confidential material.
- To contact you by email, phone or, only if you opted in, text message about this property. Text consent is never required; reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- To understand which marketing channels bring buyers to the listing and to report activity to the property owner in summary form.
- To protect the site from abuse and to comply with law, including California real-estate record-keeping rules.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the property owner and the listing team, and with service providers that help us run the site: email delivery (Amazon Web Services), text messaging (Twilio), the AI phone assistant (ElevenLabs), and hosting (Amazon Lightsail). We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or to enforce the Confidentiality Agreement.
How long we keep it
Signed agreements and related records are kept for at least three years after the listing closes, as California real-estate rules require. Inquiry records and site logs are kept for up to two years. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to two years, and a transcript is emailed to you on request.
Your rights
California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and will not be treated differently for exercising these rights. Deletion may be limited where we must keep a record of a signed agreement.
Tracking and third parties
We do not track visitors across third-party websites and do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because we do no cross-site tracking. The embedded Google map is served by Google and may set Google cookies; see Google's privacy policy. Our own site log is first-party only.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to the Offering Memorandum uses expiring personal links, and signed agreements are stored on an access-controlled server. No method is perfect; if you believe your information has been exposed, contact us at the address above.
Children
This site is for commercial real-estate buyers and brokers and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
